Description
I'm in charge of designing District Eight's interview outfits for 
Okay, so a bit about the design. District Eight's industry is textiles, which pretty much meant that I was going to go crazy with fabric. I wanted layers and layers of silk and lace. But I had to bring these outfits up to Capitol standards, too. So that involved balancing where to use a huge amount of fabric and where to cut it off to be more revealing for the audience. I also added gold bands and red gems to offset the copious amount of blue.
Not gonna lie, I spent days on the dress and an hour on the suit. The dress design was also about 2200x1600 pixels before I resized it to be the same height as the male base.
It was a lot of fun to do and I hope everyone likes them!

Looks more like something District 4 would wear because of the blue for water and the gold for the tridents.
